2. M Tech | MS | PhD

Integrated Ph.D.

Some colleges let you do an integrated Masters plus doctoral programme, directly after your graduation and you can also get a stipend of Rs.28,000.
For getting into IITs for PhD after B.Tech you must have a valid GATE score higher is better.
Usually PhD after B.Tech would take around 5 yrs, but this time depends on your supervisor.

National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) is an institute located in Mumbai set up exclusively for Industrial Engineering and management programmes. The institute offers five Post graduate programmes out of which three are on the basis of GATE scores

5. Felloship at IIMs

Most of the students preparing for GATE are not aware about the “Fellow Programme in Management (FPM)” provided by IIMs in which students are selected on the basis of GATE score also.

The duration of this programme is usually about 4-5 years.
